1. Scope
This policy applies to the WALL.TOOLS website, Unfollow Wall, Follow Wall, free trials, Pro access, payment confirmation, and support.
2. Data used by the extensions
- Your X handle and public profile information already displayed by X.
- Following and follower relationship information shown on X pages.
- Your task limits, delays, progress, and results.
This working data is stored locally in your browser. The extensions do not request your X password, cookies, or private messages.
3. Account and payment data
When you connect an account or activate Pro, we process the installation identifier, connected X handle, license status, order identifier, selected product, and the proof needed to review a payment. Card and Alipay details are handled by the payment provider; WALL.TOOLS does not receive full payment credentials. Never send wallet private keys or recovery phrases.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Service providers receive only the information necessary to provide hosting, payments, storage, security, or support. Local extension data can be removed by clearing extension storage or uninstalling the extension. Service records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for licensing, fraud prevention, support, and legal obligations.
5. Your choices
You can disconnect the X account inside the extension and contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of service-side records, subject to legal retention requirements.
